P.S. While you are reading the piece about refining your barbeque technique, be sure to check out the item ("Valentine's Sweetest Treat") on the same page. For those of you who need enabling (you know who you are!), this piece discusses the antioxidant benefits of dark chocolate.

Even said small doses of dark chocolate was good for you as well. I really like him, he likes to use the natural ways of healing as well, then through prescriptions and stuff. He's a juicer and health food fan, I learn alot through him as well on his shows.
Hugsss!
