    Aaaww, thanks for the sweet b-day wishes
    My favorite thing from yesterday was watching a red fox hunt in the lower snow-covered pasture. The border collie was indignant about the trespasser but she sat right with me while we watched him pounce several times. My other favorite thing - really - was plowing snow with my brother-in-law's plow truck. Pete passed on last year and the truck came to us. Pete could really trick out a vehicle, though I must agree with my husband's Dave's comment that the Holly carburetor wire adjuster is finicky.

    Many thanks for the birthday greetings! I'm thrilled to reach 58, and look forward to catching up to you oldsters!

    I've been at a women's conference at our church since Friday and missed wishing you Happy Birthday! I hope it was wonderful! Sounds like it was.

    I'm 59 and feel 35, too. If there were no mirrors, I'd have myself convinced but since chemo, all the hair on the front of my head has slowly turned white and the back is quickly following.
