Well, I got my can results faxed to me. My liver looks great with just the tumors that have been there - no growth. My lungs however....the new spot we found in September has grown (6mm) and the one we've been watching for 2 1/2 years has grown from 3mm to 8mm. My pulmonary embolism has now been diagnosed as chronic. Also, some spinal degeneration.
I see my onc on Tuesday and my guess is he has already conferred with the rad onc and they will recommend some sort of lung radiation. I will push for cyberknife if I'm a candidate. Further updates to come.

Kimby

Glad you got some good news, Kimby, about your liver.
I hope you can be a candidate for CyberKnife - I had it done on my liver.
And just a couple of months ago, I had the DaVinci robot surgical system remove 2 tumors from the pleura of my lung.
All the best - Craig0 -

Glad to hear the good news about your liver met. Sending positive thoughts that you will be a candidate for a procedure to get those nasty lung mets. Take care.
Blessings,

What a mixed bag of results you got. You can celebrate the liver mets being stable and then they hit you with the lung mets problem. Well, hang in there until you meet with your oncologist. Hopefully, they will agree to the cyberknife. Does it ever stop. Take Care - Tina0 -
Hi Kimby
Thanks for sharing your results, I have been thinking about you. Glad to hear about your liver. I'm praying they get a plan for the activity in your lungs and get rid of the cancer there.
I love the Marilyn Monroe quote.
Big hug to you!
Aloha,
