My grandma's cancer is gone which is great. I hope someone can help me with this. Her doctor just called and she has eaither pneumonia or radiation pneumonia. Can someone tell me the difference? He also said the way to treat it is to be admitted to the hospital for antibotics or have and IV put in and do the antibotics at home. Any one have suggestions on this? Please help.

    I don't know the difference
I don't know the difference between these 2 forms of pneumonia but regardless I would put her in the hospital. Pneumonia can be serious for the elderly and I think this is her best chance for recovery. Good luck to you and your family.
