Got me path report in today:

Gleason upgraded to 3+4 (ugh!)
Apical shave clear
circumferentail margin clear
base of gland negative
seminal vesicles negative
bladder neck shave negative
PT2 cNX cMX

Any thoughts guys?

    Sounds pretty similiar to mine except you don't have any positive margins. I have one. The good news is the cancer is gone and hopefully will stay that way! Keep up on your follow up psa checks. My Doc is having me tested every 6 months due to the positive margin. Has your doc given you any recommendations yet on the future testing?
