My last chemo was today( 6 sessions)! Feeling fantastic about reaching the finish line! Am done with second phase, first being surgery. I'm ready to begin with radiation this month. I feel better about moving forward and closing in on my goal, Recovery!
Best of luck to all who are on the same journey.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats! Isn't it a wonderful feeling? Pat yourself on the back, "JOB WELL DONE!" I finished chemo the end of August and rads the end of October........I think you will find that rads is far easier than chemo.....To me the biggest hurdle with rads was going everyday 5 days a week for 7 weeks......That alone can tire you out. I went first thing in the morning to get it over and done with for the day.......I also found that the more active I was the less tired I became..........the fatigue with radiation is different than the fatigue caused by chemo.....it's much more tolerable because you don't have all the other side effects that the chemo causes...
Again congrats! Keep your eye on the finish line........it goes faster than you think!0 -
Hooray!
So glad you finished this BIG step!
I'm halfway through my 4 treatments, so not too far behind you!
Hope you feel up to celebrating in style!
