17 isn't too bad it doesn't get cold until it reaches zero. Just remember to bring some pantyhose or tights to wear under your slacks. Forget the jeans, the wind goes right through them. Tina0 -

that's my alma mater. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Madison! Too bad you can't be there at a nicer time of year. It's an awesome city, truly. If I lived closer I'd come see you!
My favorite restaurant was Sunprint Gallery back in college. The arabic plate was YUM!
State Street is so alive in the nice months-great shopping-- and the Farmers Market is the cats!
