I had bi-lateral mast/expander recon on the 28th. I had my follow-up today and my path report was great...just a 4mm ILC, which I already new was there. All my lymph nodes were negative...and they got all of it! I am just waiting for my Onco type score to see if I need chemo or not. For sure I will take the Tamoxifen also. I am soooooo happy. Oh yeah and they removed both of my drains which is great and my doc told me that I am healing up wonderfully. Thanks again for all of you amazing women who have made this process sooooo much easier for me.

Glad to hear
the wonderful news!
Keeping my fingers crossed for you on the chemo, but if it is indicated, just remember that it is doable, and you want to do everything you can to beat this beast now so you can get on with the rest of your cancer-free life. Since you are young and healthy, you will likely be able to recover from any side effects even more quickly than some of us "old folks".
Keep us posted with you you're doing and with your Oncotype score!
Take care,
Cindy -
