EXTRA! EXTRA! Read All About It!!! - Craig and DaVinci Article JUST Published in Local Newspaper -
I just wanted to share this with you as we start 2010!
The Fort Worth Star Telegram has just released their health article on the DaVinci surgical system. I've been looking for it all week and it just posted today.
And guess what? She mentioned the SEMI COLONS in "print" in the article, so WE ALL made it in the paper - too cool, huh? She kept her word to me and it is nice to see our name in the paper.
So, I'm pretty excited about it of course, as I woke up and fell into the article and wanted to get this out to everyone to read. Television news is airing their story this Wed Jan 6th @ 10pm and I'll get a link out so everyone not in Texas will be able to see it.

our Sundanceh is a celebrity!!! Craig this is so exciting! I read the article (thanks Diane for linking it) and got chill bumps. Groundbreaking technology and a semi-colon; what a phenomenal combination. So proud of you and happy for the fantastic news that the tumors were benign. Continued good health in 2010 and on and on my friend!
Warmly,
Joanne

I am so proud of you, Lion, to be seeing this, as I'm proud of us all getting through what we're going through, I wish I had a newspaper to get that article from, but cool to see it online as well!
Hope you had a great holiday season, take it easy at work, and give Kim some hugsss from me!

Blazing a trail for others...
Craig: Thank you for posting the link to the article about your surgery.
People who are battling cancer (and those who will face a diagnosis in the future) need trailblazers! You and your surgeon are trailblazers and together you cleared a new path to treatment for people in your region.
I'm glad you are on this board and proud to know a courageous person like you.

P.S. Nice photograph of you and your wife!0 -
Came Out Over the Holidays
My timing has been bad on the release of these articles - all of the good stuff has broken right at Christmas and now at New Year's.
The link to the newspaper won't be there too long, so floating this one back to the top, because I wanted everyone to get the opportunity to see this - and the holidays had the majority of our community offline.
I was able to get my hands on a couple of the remaining copies we could find - and the story in the paper is a Half-Page with color photo, so it looked real nice.

Great
This is an awesome article and you should be very proud of giving yourself to history on allowing your doctor to use this machine on you. Hope you are doing fine now. Thanks for the plug on the semi-colons. Very interesting article as well. You have been through so much so I am thrilled that the outcome has been so good for you.

Thanks for sharing this with us Craig. You are truly a pionneer, & I really appreciate this. I am glad you & your doc got some publicity for this procedure; it can only help our cause.
What a great story! and, so, when are the autographs coming, so we can all say "we knew him when...."0
