Birthday Cards for Kimby

Hey Guys, Jennie is going to try and contact Kimby again today but I wanted to ask you to help me with something.

Kimby's birthday is Jan. 23rd. She threw a HUGE birthday party for her husband this past summer and made this remark: (Quote) If you ever want to make someone feel really special, here’s what Kevin’s Most Excellent sister did. She sent him a funny, funny card every day for a month prior to his birthday. Every day. She ROCKS!(End of Quote)

I'd like to send Kimby a huge box of birthday cards from us for her 46th birthday. I have her home address but don't feel right about sharing it without her permission. What I've come up with is if everyone who wants to would send me a card to Kimby, I'll box them up and send them to her in time for her birthday. The cards should be sealed and could either be in a secondary envelope or addressed to Kimby c/o

It Sounds Nice...
But, I don't know, cards are something I like sending personally, and not through other people, I wish I could have her address, I'd love to send her something other then a card as well.

I tried last night and today to contact Kimby.... no answer. I left message to call me back,,,no call backs. I have to admit.. I am very worried. Kim always calls back! This is not like her. Diane...... you have a fantastic idea with the birthday cards. Kim really needs a picker-upper right now. If anyone wants to send their own card (like you Donna) I will give out her address thru PM. If she gets mad at me...oh well... I think she needs to hear from all of us more NOW than ever. The hell she is going thru right now deserves some attention. GREAT IDEA DIANE!!! Kim's HOPE..... seems to be fading.... lets all build her back up!!!!!

Kim knows me through here, I don't think she'd be mad you gave me her addy, I just don't like putting people out of their way to do something for me either, thanks for that offer Diane, she was great in her postings to me as well, and I'd like to send her a gift as well, that be great if you could give me her addy Jennie

What a nice gesture. I have not had the pleasure of "meeting" Kimby. However, count me in on your efforts to make her birthday extra special. A card for her is on it's way to you.
