Today marks the 4th week since my surgery and the 3rd week since removing my little cath buddy.

Not much change since my 3rd week post op report. Still doing two pads a day, one after my morning shower and one at bedtime.

Lots of little leakage accidents during the day and morning, but none at night.

Interesting thing that happened this week is either muscle spasms or possible kidney spasms on both sides, but never at the same time. Also, a strong pungent odor change in the urine. I'll phone the doc on Monday.

This is one of the problems in having surgery during December.... with all the holiday time off, it's difficult to catch someone in the office and it's certainly not an emergency.

Generally, I'm doing fine.

    right behind you
I am 3.5 weeks post op. Still leaking alittle, using 1 pad/day, likely could get away from it, but I bought them, think that I will use them !

The one thing I find frustrating is that I dont have the bladder capacity that I use to have.

I am ready to address the erection portion of this situation soon, I am about 50-75% there in the shower.

Thanks for sharing your experience and keep up the good work !

I guess its early days yet we can only improve.

I see that all of you have relatively close time frames since your surgeries, congratulations to you all.

Looks like everyone is doing well and on the road to recovery.

Happy New Year to each of you and your families. Here's hoping that all of you have zeroes throughout 2010 on your follow up PSA tests. And for many more years to come.
