Has Anyone Ever Switched Oncs in the Middle of Chemo????

    Good For You!
    I hope the appointment goes well. As others have said, it is important to feel supported by your oncology team. Even with the traffic - it the care is better, it is probably worth it. I also drive farther to go to the main cancer center here - and I think it has been worth it. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

    Donna-wish you well with your new onc...
    Pls keep us informed as to how things work out for you. Like Lori said, if the treatment is better, a challenge with traffic is a relatively small inconvenience.

    Good luck with your appt. Try to schedule your appts. when the traffic isn't at it's peak. Hopefully they can accommodate you.

    I hope you like your new team. you need to feel taken care of. I travel to Boston it is manageable, and I get reasonable appts. I think they are pretty good a bout it and with ALL you have been through I am sure they will be accomodating.
