Their may be an end to this after all.My Dr. says 5 more Radiation treatments and 5 boosters.I am so happy.As you know it has been a long drug out thing with surgery twice,chemo and radiation.And alot of you have been on this journey with me.Thank you so much.I love you all.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.(Pat).

    Good for you!
    You will love the boosters! At first I thought it would be a more intense radiation. However, I found out that it's the same amount just focused on where the tumor was. The appointments go SO FAST because they don't have to position you so many times. Also, my collarbone, back and under my arm was starting to really burn so now the boosters don't even radiate those spots.

    By the way, my last day is TOMORROW!!!!

    That's wonderful news, Pat!! Sounds like your getting your Christmas present early. I am doing the boosters now and they are really not much more than the other type. I have a total of 9 boosters. I'm glad you're seeing the end in sight. Best of luck and a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.

    THE END IS NEAR! I am so glad for you Pat, and know that you will breeze through these last few radiation treatments. It is very difficult to look back and see what all you have been through, but believe me when I say that when you finish that last radiation treatment, a celebration will begin.
