Yes, you read that right! He will be home tomorrow!!!! Im soo happy. Barrium sallow went well, no leaks, okayed for Clear liquids 1oz per hour. All is well. He even spent an extra day in the ICU.. Got moved Tuesday nite, then NG tube came out an he was HAPPY...that really bothered him, just to see him smile again was soo nice. Then on Wednesday one chest tube came out and then last nite the other chest tube came out! He was in his glory. Hes not even taking any thing for pain! He says he doesnt have any pain, well its just uncomfortable. Im so proud of him! He will see DR tuesday and no more then!

    What a great Christmas gift!
    WOW, home and feeling good...that's awesome. That is how Layne described himself "uncomfortable." No pain really. Isn't it amazing you can go through all that and just be uncomfortable?

    That NG tube is no one's favorite. Layne wanted to throw a party for the whole floor when it was pulled. :)

    And the smile. Wow, isn't that priceless?
