Anyone been on this combination? Afinitor did nothing for Don and this looks like what the dr. will suggest next. Don is determined to keep trying, but I've read the side effects. I know not everyone gets every side effect, but if you've been on this combination, I'd appreciate knowing what it was like for you.
Don has a catscan tomorrow and we'll know the details on Wed., but he's having chest congestion which has moved to his throat and is coughing up blood frequently so I'm sure the lungs and the lymph nodes in his chest are even more advanced than they were before. Subcutaneous tumors coming out everywhere. Fatigue. Elevated blood pressure. Difficulty healing.
Any help would be appreciated.
