    Don't beat yourself up.
    I think it's more a glitch in the system. Others have trouble with double and even triple posts from time to time.

    It happens when you hit post
    It happens when you hit post comment more than once. Sometimes the site is slow and I think people don't realize that, and, they hit Post Comment again and it double or triple posts. We just need patience. lol
