shortscake,
Although I didn't go through chemo I do know what it feels like to be tired and short of breath quickly. Do you have any hobbies or things you enjoy doing (like reading) that you could focus on while still resting? One thing I did when I was home after my surgery was to think about all the things I'd been putting off (because I was so busy) but wanted to get done. I finished all my filing at home, did some knitting, read, watched movies and spent time with my cats while my husband and kids were gone.
What about shopping online instead of going to the stores? You could still spend time looking and buying things without getting too tired.
Feel better!0
