Greetings all

Here's an NY times article on Giving that you all might enjoy
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/01/health/01well.html

As I was reflecting on that article, I remembered yesterday when my husband's horse's stifle joint locked up. He's had this issue before and I've massaged him out of it though the last time was before my dx. He knows just what to do as a partner in this and enjoys it though I imagine he's quite uncomfortable. It felt great to have the ability (I'm a certified equine massage therapist) and the energy and strength to help him out. I'm grateful to him for showing all that I can be and do too.

all the best,
Leslie
