nanodiscs- cure for cancer?

Story is on Yahoo's front page, dated today at 4:18 PM, Eastern Time: "nanodiscs", which get implanted, and then subjected to a low magnetic field, can kill 90% of the cancer cells in just 10 minutes. They are described as tiny magnetic discs. Argonne National Laboratory in the US is involved, as one of the authors of the story is a Researcher, there. Story says it disrupts the membranes of cancer cells, and causes them to self-destruct. YOU KNOW, IF THIS IS TRUE...Supposedly no side effects, too.
