returning to work in a physically demanding job

hi just wanted some feedback on returning to work in a physically demanding job i work at a mental institute and on occasion we have to fight with patients and do roome entrys to get pts to comply with dr ordered meds so my question to others is how was your outcome as far as the incontinence issue and any other extenuating circumstances go or any other return to work issues in a normal job thanks eldon

    I also work in a physically demanding job(sawmill), I have no problems with incontinence even when lifting. I did wait the full 6 weeks before returning to the job and wore a pad for the first week just in case but never needed it.
