It Never Rains in Sunny California
It pours, man it pours - LOL Wish we could get rid of this rain we've been having. A real Nor'Easter, spawned by the lovely Himmicane Ida. Its been raining since Tuesday and won't stop until tomorrow night probably. Everything is just wet and damp and gray, and my Little Pautuxant River has flooded my street, so I have to make the big circle around to get on to my street from the "dry???" end. The weatherman said the other day if it had been 15 degrees colder, it would have been the first day of a major blizzard. Is Southern Cal too crowded or is there room for one more mouldy Mid-Atlantic web-footed survivor?

Come on down. There's always room for one more transplant! Even though we're supposed to get rain through tomorrow, but the middle of next week, it's supposed to be back up in the 80's!

the wonderful So Cal rain! You are in Riverside county right? I was falling asleep to it around 3am! It's wonderful! I know others get too much of it, but we need more. Isn't it perfect weather for recouperating?
=^..^=
Will you send the rain 100 miles north to Santa Ynez? We had your overcast all day yesterday, but not a drop of rain and now it is sunny and warm again. We only had a 20% chance...I hate when it is grey and ugly but we don't get the benefit of precipitation! I was reading that chains are already required in Tahoe...wow!
I keep hearing we are going to have an El Nino winter; heaven knows we need the rain, but it sure is going to be a mess after all of the wildfires, isn't it?
Keep your Bumbershoots handy!
