I know this is a yuckie subject but it happened and I don't know what to do. It may be nothing. I had not had a bowel movement in 2 days.... probably because I had not ate in 2 days... but I did finally eat today and had a huge BM. Then I felt like I had to go again and strained a few times but nothing.... however, when I went to wipe there was blood. a very minimal amount but i did wipe a second time to be sure and blood again. About 10 minutes later I had another BM and there was no blood in it and when I wiped...no blood...WHAT???? Anybody know what that was all about? The blood kind of scared me. Sorry to be so gross.

    I have this after infusions because I have constipation, after a few days I pass hard bms and blood always follows. Patti

    Could be a hemorrohoid (sorry for the spelling)
    I got my first one while pregnant, then it keeps surfacing every once in awhile when I am constipated...I know, dearheart, the thoughts it could be the beast...but normally, it's not...

    If it would make you feel better, talk to your onc...but the best way to avoid trouble is to stay WAY hydrated...even if you don't eat much...to avoid constipation...
