I finished my 4th round of AC chemo over a week ago. It took me longer to recover last week than usual. I was really tired and sleepy over the past week and was unable to get to church on Sunday. Our pastor came by to pray for me. When he finished praying, my precious 3-year-old daughter said "Thank you for praying for my mama". That is what keeps me fighting this beast. She always comes to check on me when I am in bed or even when I am trying to work. She makes my day.
I will survive but I'd rather overcome. I will have victory when this is all over.
Have a blessed day.

Hi Virginia
So glad to see you posting! I had thought the treatments would be easier as they went along, however, I have discovered in my own personal experience that they don't. Some s/e I had on the first, I didn't have on the second. Now, it's a whole new set of s/e, and TIRED is right! Whew....no energy whatsoever! How nice of your pastor to stop in and pray for you! Your daughter does sound precious! They truly do give us a reason and the strength to fight.
You WILL overcome this obstacle in your life and be celebrating with NED before you know it.
Keep us posted on how you're progressing.
God Bless

You should journal about this. Otherwise you might forget it. It's the good things we should remember not the bad.
Yes, I agree. Write this down. It is good to keep a journal of your everyday life happenings with bc, I think. You will forget after time if you don't. And, this is too cute to forget.
