Just want to say thanks

It is just over a year now that my husband was DX stage4 crc. It has been so full of ups and downs.
He just finished his first cycle of Xeloda and is off for a week and will have the avastin next Friday. He has a CT on Tuesday. I am always scared! He is doing pretty good on the treatment. I hope it is working....
Thanks to all of you who have posted and helped us so much. You all are great people and I wish you all the best. Keep on posting. I care about all of you. Paula

Hedge your bets...with attitude! You HAVE gotten thru a whole year...and with a great mindset! Sure, you get nervous with each test...but you accept that, and go on!!!
Good for you!
And I send positive vibes for the scan next week!
Hugs, Kathi

Thanks so much for your replies. I have to tell you something great happened this week for us. As I have told you in the past I have MS and am in a wheelchair. John was home last Wednesday because he wasn't feeling very good. He looked in the paper and saw an ad for a wheelchair van for sale. Low miles and in good shape and best of all a great price. They are very, very costly. We had gave up on the idea. WE GOT IT!!! Now I can go with him to every doctors visit without having him struggle to get me in and out of our regular van and then deal with my powerchair.
Now good news on his CT would put me over the top....
