What a gift
Rob,
Your words are a gift. I have read over the principles in your blog and the truth of your words rings out. Your congregation is blessed to have such a thoughtful leader. Thank you for sharing with us.
If it's OK with you, I am going to print out the principles and your write-up. There is so much wisdom in your writing.
Hope you enjoyed the World Series!!!
Aloha,

Wow!
Rob you rock!
I just finished reading what you wrote on the five principles. You are a blessing to us all and your words really lift me up. You have reminded me in one of my darkest moments that there is something that I can do to help myself and others. If I practice the five principles my life can't help but be improved no matter what physical or emotional pain that I am in. There is a way that I can be more mindful in the moment and not be overcome by fear and anxiety.
I have read some of the books that you mention, but when I got the news of progression in lung and spine, I just fell apart. I am also going to print them out so that I can refer to them.
Thanks for the kick in the butt! (No pun intended)

thank you soooo much
Rob, who gratefully shared and everyone who read the blogspot, and hopefully those who will read.
Thank you so much, Rob for sharing with us an inspiration that is truly divine.
It moved me to tears and drew me out of a place where I felt very much alone the past
several days to a week.
God Bless you Rob!
Peace and Blessings,
Amy0
