The BEST halloween 'trick' I have ever had!!!!!

This year, 2 young ladies appeared at the door, and I gave them their chocolate, and my advice to 'be careful crossing the street, it's busy here'. They said 'we know, we live up the street'. So I then noticed that at the top of our stairs stood their dad. Nothing new, many kids do this nowadays. BUT, he was in full scottish attire (kilt and all), and was carrying bagpipes. I called out "Yes, but can you play them?" "Sure", he said...and proudly entertained us with music....he earned 3 candybars for his trouble, and I got to meet one of my talented new neighbors!
WHAT a GREAT thing to happen on halloween!!!
Anyone else have a story to share?
Hugs, Kathi

A girlfriend in Holland is from Scotland...cowman said:Nothing cool happened on
Nothing cool happened on Halloween for us, but I did get to travel to Scotland last year and heard and saw many kilted bagpipe players. It was so cool, the music is unique and beautiful. What a surprise for your Halloween.

Our daughter and her husband had a bagpiper play at their wedding. When he arrive prior to the ceremony, all the girls in the wedding party thought he was so delicious looking. They were all hanging out the window looking at him (the wedding was held outside). They could barely get ready for gazing at his beauty.
