I thought I would make everyone aware that the common blood pressure drug Losartan (Cozaar)has been shown in murine species (rats and mice) to help in the recovery of erectile function after injury to the cavernosal nerves, such as we encounter in surgery. I have switched my BP medicine to Cozaar in the hopes that it might help in any little way. The research comes from John Hopkins. The citation is as follows: Onder Canguvena, Gwen Lagodaa, Sena F. Sezena and Arthur L. Burnett, "Losartan Preserves Erectile Function After Bilateral Cavernous Nerve Injury via Antifibrotic Mechanisms in Male Rats" in _The Journal of Urology_, v. 181 (6, June 2009), 2816-2822. I hope this helps someone else. I am going to try it, it can't hurt!
Cheers
