Hi, The clear cell
Hi, The clear cell carcinoma is the most common type of kidney cancer. Fuhrman's grade 2 is the staging of the tumor. It means that the tumor is bigger than I think 4cm? If it is smaller than that, it is stage 1. Also, that it has not spread or matastized. There may be more to it than that. If you go to kidneycancer.org, they have full descriptions of staging and types of kidney cancer. Good luck!0 -

Renal cell carcinoma is the most common cancer of the kidney. Fuhrman grade 2 is the aggressive of the cancer. They rate it from one to four with four being the most aggressive cancer, so two is not very aggressive. The stage is how many organs and how large the turmor is, is the tumor confined to just your kidney? Stages also runs from one to four with one being a small tumor that has not spread to other organs. My husband had the same grading and staging as you.0
