Have you had regular bowel movements? I would try a stool softener, or prune juice. This is a very common side effect of chemo..happened to me. Hurt like hell....

Taking 5 dulcolax a day(just finished taxol and had that problem). this is more like extreme indigestion. Tried Milk of Magnesia, helped a little, but still hurts. Sitting here with a heating pad on my stomach now.
Have you called your doctor and asked him what to do? He should know what is going on with you anyway.0
