Visualization therapy?

I read about this from a story in the book "Chicken Soup for the Cancer Survivors Soul" my sister gave me. A great book. A story about someone using visualization therapy to kill cancer cells. In your mind imagine a bird eating seed and the seeds are cancer cells. Or visualize a bright light shining thru the top of your head zapping cancer cells. I believe in ESP and mental stuff (I watch Medium and Mentalist). Has anyone heard of doing this? I'll certainly try it. It can't hurt. I have a wild imagination and those cancer cells better be prepared.

Laurissa I've actually
Laurissa I've actually talked to a 3 year survivor who used visualization with her chemo. She imagined that the chemo going into her body was actually an army of soldiers going in to fight the enemy. It certainly cant hurt. Visualization therapy is good for mental and emotional issues so my guess is that it can probably do some good for physical issues. Our minds are very powerful. Let me know if you give it a whirl. I may try to use the concept at my next round of chemo.0 -

Marcia, I love your image....you have a great sense of humor. Who knows, maybe this idea of pacman working on fat is something you could get a patent on and make you rich. Thanks for the laugh. Hugs,
