I think we truly take for granted how much caregivers do for others and often times we forget to say thank you. I live in the Atlanta area and just recently lost a good friend to ovarian cancer. I was so devasted and shut down for 2 weeks. I decided from that day forward to host retreats that include some rest, pampering and relaxation. Im a mom of 2 and I know I always put others before myself but if I want to live a healthy life I must retreat sometime for me to just get 8 hours sleep straight. If you know someone inthe area that wants to participate you should consider this for them, they'll appreiate it!
