cervical carcinoma insitu now vain II

had a hysterectomy sept.08 for cervical carcinoma insitu. ob gyn was sure 100% that I would not have a recurrence. follow up pap in Mar. 09 (and colposcopy) revealed vain I and II. Laser surgery in May by gyn onc. She was sure she got it all but told likelyhood that it would return was high. Since then (last month) I have had a small lump in labia (which did go away) and now have 2 raised areas in labia. I have a follow up from laser surgery nov. 9 but I'm being paranoid now. Could it be that the vain is now in labia? Has anyone had a similar situation and should I worry?
