Aven Marcus
His name is Aven. It's pronounced just like the popular name Aiden but with a v. Marcus is his daddy's middle name too.
He was born on 10/10/09 and is sooo adorable!! I know, I really need to get a pic on here. I will do that soon I promise!!
Thanks so much for the kind responses. His dad is doing great. To go through a cancer diagnosis is so scary, but to finish chemo and then have your first child... It's just incredible and we are so happy. Everyone is healthy and it's wonderful to have something new to focus on after a year of focusing on cancer, scans, surgery, and chemo! He'll have a colonoscopy in november and a scan in January but in the meantime it's all about our little munchkin! -

What a beautiful name.
Every baby born is really a living symbol of HOPE for the future. And so special for you after your cancer journey!
Yes... it is all about your little munchkin!
Deep peace of the "midnight feedings" to you... Rob; in Van
It is cliche to say that "a baby changes everything"... but it does! -
