My cousin in Northern California is being treatd by Kaiser Dr.s as far as I know for her cancer. Her hubby is a retired general surgeon, don't know if he would know who to recomend or not.
I was treated at Kaiser in Northern California and I felt I received great care. There is a site that you can look up doctors by speciality and read there home pages. It might help you to decide who to use. I used the doctors that my PCP recommended but if I had been unhappy with any of them I could change. The one thing I like about Kaiser is the coordination of care and not having to have insurance approvals. Where you go, who you see, and what tests is based on the doctor's recommendations. I hope that you have as good an experience as I did, just wished you weren't having to go through all this.

Thanks for replying, but there are so many doctors and its highly doubtful anyone out the area would know someone here - but thanks anyway...0 -
Mom of 4 .. I'm jumping in here ...
My husband and family have been treated at the Kaiser in Riverside, CA .. off of the 91 FWY - and La Serra. Kaiser doctor's caught early eye diease on my husband, after he went to Blue Cross Specialist for 1 1/2 years .. We have had very good results with Kaiser of Riverside.
With that being said .. I met a women at Nordstrom's after being diagnosised in late August with Breast cancer. She and I talked for 15 minutes (chance meeting) .. she was being treated at Kaiser in Riversdie -- she was extremely happy w/Kaiser -- she also gave me many bc sites and telephone #'s. She was very informative, and all information was provided to her by Kaiser - Riverside. I was in a fog - nothing made sense to me at this point in time. Several days ago, I met another women in my 'Look Better, Feel Great' class put on by the American Cancer Society .. she also was being treated by Kaiser of Riverside - for stage II breast cancer .. very happy about the chemo treatments, and care given to her by Kaiser. I don't have any Doctor's name for you .. but I do have a facility ..Riverside.
I hope and pray this helps you ..
