After having Davinci surgery in May that apparently left behind some micro cells, I am opting for IMRT radiation therapy. I would appreciate any comments from any who have experience/knowledge with IMRT therapy.
Thanks,
George

George,
Just curious...did u have a positive margin? Is your PSA Rising?
I have a positive margin post surgery in August. I get my first PSA on Oct. 19 following my surgery.

Margins were clear.....psa 1 month post surgery was .3 (June)
A couple of weeks ago it was .7
They found a very small area on ct scan in the right seminal vesticle area that is the culprit. I start IMRT radiation next week. Good luck on your psa in a few days (isn't the waiting a bummer?).....we're all hoping the best for you.

I've got to get a new pict of me to post on here. I've dropped 50 pounds since the pict was taken. (Dropped the weight on purpose so don't worry). You won't be able to see me in a new picture! LOL.
