Do you take one tab every 24 hours as stated in the directions, or is it taken more frequent? How have you gals taken it? So far I think I'm ahead of the pain, other than a headache. Had neulasta shot this past Wed., took one claritin on Friday and one on Sat. I want to do whatever is necessary to avoid anymore discomfort. Suggestions please.

My onc had me take one claritin the night before the shot and then once a day for 9 more days = total of 10 days each cycle. I hope that helps.
My oncologist has me take one everyday. If I run out I feel pain in my knees so I take mine every day. I take one every 24 hours.
Check with your oncologist since they all recommend to take it differently.
