Hi Don!
Thank you so much for thinking of me! I have been slowly recouperating from that nasty flu. The fever left after two days, but now i have a horrible, mucousy cough (TMI!).
I'm still sticking with the raw diet, and juicing four carrots and four apples every day along with every powder supplemental superfood you can think of! Bathroom issues are here and there. I don't think i'm drinking enough water, so i'm constantly forcing water down my throat.
How the heck are you doing?? Are you home yet? Did they clear out the obstruction? I'm currently looking around for your posts, but that spammer has everything messed up! I'll try to find it.
My aunt dug out one of Gerson's books she didn't know she had from back when she had melanoma, so i'm going to read it first chance i get. Haven't tried the coffee enema thing yet, but i'm planning to start. I keep hearing wonderful things about it. Also going to start taking the MSM for the stricture.
Hope you're doing well!
Hugs,
Krista
