Terrific Story
Welcome back - funny how life works sometimes, isn't it?
Maybe you remembered the site for a reason - I believe stuff happens like that.
4% chance is beating the odds by a country mile - on Halloween, go buy a lottery ticket
But living 6 years is the JACKPOT to be sure.
Thanks for sharing your post and your thoughts - come back and check in...I'm not NED, but have been waging my battle into my 6th year now...I hope I can get to where you are at.
The best to you

I am Stage 4 CC with mets in my liver that have shrank, but don't know the what the next step will be, guess I'll find out next Wednesday when I do my 12th treatment. Man, I hope there will be a break with this around the holidays, I can't and don't want to feel this bad doing more chemo around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Congratulations on your 6th year, and thanks for the inspiring most, it does give me such hope that people with our disease can live longer!
Hugsss!

Thanks so much for stopping
Thanks so much for stopping in to update here with the good news. So many times we get a little dragged down because the board is full of those of us fighting the battle every day, and not as many who have already gone down this path and are doing great. With full busy lives and the next challenges life throws, whether it be a move, or job change, relationship change, busy family lives, or whatever, I know it can be hard to find the time to go back on any regular basis to Internet boards that used to be a big part of life. I've gone through that with a cervical cancer board and a hysterectomy board myself.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know your status - and to show other stage IV survivors that they have plenty to look forward to! I'll pray for your continued good health. -
