You are so sweet
I am so glad you found this board. I was diagnosed almost a year ago, have done the chemo, radation, surgery, and just walked my first Susan B Koleman walk last weekend with my family. I proudly wore my survivor tee-shirt.
You will be here also, I just have to tell you...there are no more supportive, intelleget, and loving spirits anywhere, I truley could have not made it without the support of my sisters in pink here. You will be blessed!

I had a lumpectomy 1/21, weekly taxol/herceptin for 12 weeks ... then daily radiation treatments for 36 days ... and I couldn't have made it without the support from the people on this discussion board. It's a board loaded with angels!
hugs.

Indeed
This is a wonderful site......Nothing like the "voice of experience." People try to understand what it's like to have cancer but until they have walked in your shoes, it's impossible.....that's what makes this site so great.....we have all "been there, done that" or going to "go there, do that." It helps to have someone who has "walked the trail!"
Best wishes to you0 -
We are all...
Thankful for each other.0 -
I think it goes without
I think it goes without saying that none of us wanted to have to put our toughness to the test in quite this forum! I must say though, I am constantly impressed by the insight, compassion and intelligence, coupled with humour and irreverance we find here on these boards on a daily ( and sometimes hourly!) basis.
Hugs,
Chen♥0 -

I've never taken so many meds in my life I'm on some serious antibiotics for an infection at the surgical sight, along with all this other stuff. I'm taking the anti nausea meds, but I had nausea this morning. Got my neulasta yesterday. I was feeling ok yesterday, but today is quite a different story. I followed some of your suggestions, milk of magnesia, and apple sauce, and trying to drink my tea and water. Interesting process!! I'm taking it an hour at a time today.0 -

So sorry you're having a bad day. Just try to remember that it is temporary. And if YOU feel bad, just think how bad those little cancer cells feel!!!0 -
