Friday is my mom's follow up -10 months after last treatment

The day before, I take my exams (first time in my life I am taking exams and I have no anxiety at all!!). My mind is on Friday...
We will do a ca 125, which has been checked 3 times after she finished treatment, all in different labs. Slowly rising from 14 in Feb 2009, to 21 in May 2009, to 24 in August. Since it is different labs and still in normal range, doctors didn't think it is significant. However I wonder, why each new lab is going up, and not down?
Well, Friday will check in the same lab she had the last one.
I just need your thoughts and prayers...
