Has anyone tried alternative treatments here in U.S. or Mexico?
Thanks

what type
Hi Nancy, what type of alternatives? I think you should get many responses as I remember in the past some of the women posting that were trying alternatives. I have been in study groups and all types of chemo but haven't wandered away from my oncologists recommendations. Good Luck Bonnie0 -
I'll Stick with US
Living close to Mexico (Texas) I would not put much trust in their medical training. There are a lot of desperate people that do go but if they were being cured there would be a lot more word about it going around. Can they produce double blind studies? Not that I know of. Saundra0 -
Alternative Treatment
Nancy,
I take a regiment of natural products to build my immune system back up. The first time I did this it really made a difference in my CA125 - it went from 204 down to 65! I then slid back and my CA went up again. I just started taking all of my stuff again and will go get another Ca next week. My neighbors mom went to Bryzinski's place in Texas ...Her mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and was given a very grim prognosis - she then went to Bryzinski's place - it was very expensive but she lived four more years. I can't really speak much about it - other than the fact that she lived for 4 more years - 3 with a good quality of life - the fourth not so much. If you would be interested in some of the websites that I find extremely informational - let me know. I have gone through 3 - six month rounds of chemo and I am trying really hard to find alternative ways to keep this dang disease at bay. I dread a fourth round:(0 -
