Someone recommended Aloe Vera Leaf Juice as a help to boost the immune system. Has anyone heard of it, pros cons ???

    This diet must be getting to me. I thought that said MEAT LOAF juice....

    Yep!
    My 99 year old grandmother, 80 year old mom and 75 year old aunt take a shot every morning. They been doing this for over 20 years.

    I take acai juice.

    Soothing
    I took aloe vera as part of my protocol (also did implants after my organic coffee enemas) and it's very healing and soothing to the intestines. I don't know about the immune boost though....not remembering that part....just the healing part.
