    gee, Ritzy, so sorry you are not feeling well, hope you are better soon.
    I started today, so far so good, a piece of "Cake" ??? Hope I can keep saying that.
    Really, it was so easy, but once the thought of RADS was very scary to me.
    Angie, I read Pammy's Rads during the past 6 or 7 weeks, and it helped me alot.
    You could look for them as well. Good luck to both of you

    So sorry you've been feeling crummy...
    No, rads are certainly NOT a "piece of cake"... The incredible fatigue can be debilitating, at worst. And at the very least, wears down the body, making it more susceptible to illness. So, take good care - rest as much as you can, do whatever it takes.

    No need to be "sorry" about being off the board, for whatever reason. We understand.
