Do any of you have information about taking B-12 supplements? I am getting mixed opinions.

B-12
I take a coenzyme B-complex, made by Country Life and sold at Vitamin Cottage. It contains 500 mcg of B-12 (one cap per day) plus a bunch of other B vitamins. I take it to improve nerve healing. I started taking it after reading a bunch of "stuff" on the internet. I did not save the articles; therefore, I can not point you to them ... sorry. If you are interested in supplements for nerve healing and ED, you may also want to search on Q10, Vitamin D and Arginine.0
