hi My name is Karyn and I am 39 yrs old. I am stage 4 colon cancer, and just found out I have mets to my lungs and my spine. Is there anyone out there in the same position a me? Just wondering what to expect, I have done 10 rounds of radiation for the spine, and now I will start chemo up again next week. I have to admit I was very nervous when I found out it was in the bone. It is painful, but any info will do. I usually am on the colon cancer discussion boards, but I thought I would ask you. I know years ago when you had cancer in the bone, it was not a good diagnosis, but as I am reading your stories I feel there is hope. My dr. did say I am treatable. That is all I need to know right now. I am usually a VERY POSITIVE person, but I will admit I'm getting a little scared.
Bless you all!
Karyn
