Vitamin C IV Infusion
Looking for informatin regarding the Vitamin C IV Infusion. I am currently on my 2nd chemo treatment for Stage 3C OVCA. I saw a post that Nancy had put up concerning the Vitamim C. Can someone supply me with more information. As you all know, we all want to try and beat this monster and I can use all the help I can get. I am pretty new to the site. Thank you so much and I pray for all of you.

WELCOME SWEETP!
So sorry to meet this way, but so glad you found us. I don't have any particulars on the Vitamin C IV treatment, but I do know it has merit. You may get some responses here. If not, surf the net and look specifically for Dr. Linus Pauling. He is the pioneer of Vitamin C research and discovery of it's value. He passed some years ago, but I know his research continues.
Sometimes it's difficult to sift through all the info that we find, but stick with Dr. Pauling and I'm sure you'll get reliable info. Please let us know how things are going and what you find out.
Sending lots of hugs and prayers your way!

Hi Monika,
Thank you so much for the info. I have been surfing the net for information, and actually, Nancy gave me some good information from her post on another Subject. I will be looking into the information that you gave me. At first, when I signed up for this site, I didn't do much posting, just read a lot. I was still frightned and didn't want to read anything that would give me negative thoughts concerning my diagnosis. I now am reading all the post on OVCA because its such good stuff.
Thank you for the hugs and prayers and I will send some your way as well. I have been praying for all people withe CA but especially my buddies her on this website.
Gods Blessings

You would be looking for a homeopathic doctor, also called a 'holistic' doctor. Sometimes, even DO's (doctor of osteophathy) have done something like this. I wish you the best! Let us know what you decide.

Hi Cristy,
Yes,
I would very much like the phone #. I live in Port St Lucie and that is not to to far away. In the meantime, I have not really looked at any doctors up my way, but plan on it. I am so glad to hear that your husband feels much better with it. We can certainley use all the help we can get. Does his doctor know that he is getting it? I went today at Moffitt in Tampa for my 2nd appt and the nurse told me to keep doing what I'm doing, which is just following there directions on the fact sheets that I get. I will have my 3rd chemo on the 13th of October there.
Thanks again and Gods Blessings and Prayers for a complete healting for you husband and you.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks, and I pray that you are doing well. I am so happy for you and I know that once I get to remission, I dont want to be afraid of reocurrence and I pray that I wont, because its all in Gods hands anyway. He knew that I was going to get this cancer even before I was born. I pray that I will be able to honer Him as its all to Glorify and Edify Him.
God Bless

Vitamin C Intravenous
We have used for our grandmother Vitamin C IV mega dose from PharmaLife. The oncologist had recommended 50 grams a day 3 times a week. 6 months ago our grandmother started this therapy and surprisingly the positive effects began to appear in treating her cancer.
