More hemangiomas or something else?

Hi Everyone! Long time no post! I've been terribly busy being unemployed:-) OK, here's the scoop. Last year my CT scan showed what I was told is a hemangioma on my liver. A hemangioma is like a port wine birthmark, except somewhere internally--just a mass of blood vessels clumping together. I just got back from my onc who told me that I now have 3 more spots on the liver, hopefully also hemagiomas. He said that he told me last year that I had 2, but I only remember him telling me about 1. At any rate, now I have 4, or at least we hope they're hemagiomas. I am scheduled for an MRI next week to take another look, so please pray for me!
Hugs,
Kirsten

hemagiomas
Hi Kirsten
I'm going through the same. Been getting MRI with and without contrast about every 3 months, so far showing no growth or activity, so far, is doctor's opinion that are hemagioma. Hope that's all we have. I just go on with my life, and like you, get more anxious when it's scan time. Best Wishes and thoughts for you and your scan results.
