Hi:
My surgery was last week and I spoke to the doctor's office this morning. Still waiting for the final pathology report. I was told that the washing is negative. What exactly does this mean? From research it appears that during surgery they use salt water and send it to path.
Thanks for any information regarding this.

How exciting!
From my understanding, a negative washing tells that there aren't any discernable cancer cells floating or roaming around in your abdominal cavity and this is very, very good news.
Again, happy, happy to hear it.
As always, love, hope, health and success for us all,
