2nd Pelvic Ultrasound is in
So two weeks til I meet with my GP then the gyno/onc and we will take it from there. My GP I don't think knows about the tissue in my uterus or if she does hasn't said anything and I must say that this ache in my lower back I am feeling is more about that then the node but then again what the heck do I know.
So just thought I would update you guys on it all. Hope you are having good days lately. Blessings, Bluerose

Hi,
Thanks for the update, this is such a hard road for you. I truly wish you had a system that could have gotten this resolved when the problem first developed.
Best of luck, and we're all behind you.
Jane
I sure wish I had a system that could have had this resolved earlier too. It was Nov last year when this thing was first seen and was missed. I just am having such a hard time believing it because I am in for scans and xrays all the time, for years now and to have something missed like this is just so upsetting. Of course it's the same old story, they are looking for one thing - like that kidney stone - and they are blind to anything else that might be on the scans. With my history of non hodgkins lymphoma they should be looking at every square inch of the scans all the time but they don't.
Health care used to be so thorough and good and prompt here and it just isn't anymore. Too many delays and backlogs mean rushes which can make for mistakes. I don't want to even think of how often this is happening.
The good news though is that I did persist in seeing a gyno/onc and got my appointment with one and that is no small feat seeing that they usually don't see a patient til they have been diagnosed with cancer but this one is doing it. I think that may say alot about this doctor. I think he will still pass me on to a reg gyno in his practise but maybe I can convince him that with my history and the risks of anaesthetics for me I would rather him handle me. See what happens. I see him in about 3 weeks I think it is. If he could just give me a biopsy surgery date that would so help me but I know he won't at this stage. In Nov. is when he has me set up with another gyno and I am fearing that this is going to go into next year. Just so hard to believe.
Thanks for your encouraging words Jane, I don't know what I would do without you all. Blessings, Bluerose0
