I am so glad that this was a help. It truly helped me then and I am using it again myself. I find letting myself cry very difficult because we are ingrained to think it is a sign of weakness. Big boys and girls don't cry etc. And the truth is the opposite, crying is good for us. It does help release tension, fear etc. Stef
